Tampico’s House of Culture is located inside a beautiful building that was built in 1923 with a red brick façade and marvelous stained-glass windows. This space, besides promoting culture and arts through artistic workshops and temporary exhibitions, houses Tampico’s Historic Archives Carlos González Salas which include the newspaper and periodicals, photograph, record and map libraries besides iconographic material which form part of the city’s history.
