Tampico Bridge

This majestic bridge is a crucial element that supports traffic with the southeast part of the country by uniting the States of Tamaulipas and Veracruz. It was inaugurated on October of 1988. It has a structure made up of two axial masts from where its 22 holding braces start. It measures 1,543 meters and it is divided in four lanes, a central strip and sidewalks for pedestrians on both sides. Its skylight measures 360 meters and its middle altitude from the water measures 50 meters which facilitates the navigation of deep-draughted ships and vessels that use Tampico’s Port.
